In Arabic language the incorrect one as shown is the figure is “ارغ”, and the correct one is “فارغ”, which mean in English language “Empty”.

Problem One: The incorrect use of the word “activate” in multiple places:

1. Under “Common Issues” you have a section called “Activate errors”. This should be worded as “Activation errors”, the noun form.

2. Similarly, in the following pop-up, activate should be changed to activation in the title of the pop-up and the language in the pop-up should be changed as follows:

“A communication error occurred during activation, please check your internet connection.”

Problem Two: Under “Program Stops Working” the following should be changed as follows:

We’re happy to offer two license keys as a small thank-you gift. Each key will be valid for one year. Do you want both the keys to be activated from now? So you may use them on 2 different PCs. Or we could set one key to be valid from now and the other for one year after.

Hello it’s been almost a week please don’t ignore me….

It is missing the indefinite article adjective “a”. Articles are used before nouns or noun equivalents. The indefinite article (a, an) is used before a noun that is general or when its identity is not known. In this case driver is being used as a general noun because it does not specify what kind of driver will be updated.

Correct: “A hidden device won’t be scanned for a driver update unless you un-hide it or a newer version of its driver is released.”

Also, for a second license key I would like to suggest another translation improvement. The translation is not necessarily wrong; however, it could be misleading because it is not specific. I also hope that you can and will honor your offer of one license key per translation fix and give me two for this and not just count this post as a single translation improvement suggestion.

Anyway, this translation clarifying improvement is located in the same section as the last.

Corrected version of sentence without clarification: “A hidden device won’t be scanned for a driver update unless you un-hide it or a newer version of its driver is released.”

Corrected version of sentence WITH clarification: “A hidden device won’t be scanned for a driver update unless you un-hide it or a newer version of the hidden device’s driver is released.”

OR

Corrected version of sentence WITH clarification: “A hidden device won’t be scanned for a driver update unless you un-hide the hidden device or a newer version of the hidden device’s driver is released.”

It is a more clarified translation because the sentence uses two nouns “device” and “update” therefore “its” could wrongly be interpreted as the driver update leading readers to think that they will have to unhide the update when they should be unhiding the hidden device to receive an updated driver. It is always best to make sure the user interface has clear concise non misleading information using specific nouns.

I know for sure I am entitled to at least one license key but it would be nice to see a company that showed they know when to accept that they could be doing better.
